Formed in 1992 by founder, Mr Alex Aw (Executive Chairman), under his ingenious guidance and dedication we have matured into a well diversified business entity. Amalan Modal is the core of the Amalan Group being the holding company of all the group's subsidiaries. The company name, Amalan means adherence & Modal means principles in Malaysia's national language (Bahasa Malaysia) and as a whole means adherence to principles by which is the motto that we belief and stand by up to this day and the distant future.


Amalan Modal's initial business concern was mainly in the financing of individuals and small businesses by offering fast approved short term loans. Today, it's financing business is wholely handled by it's subsidiary, Amalan Credit Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd.

Amalan Modal's diversification has seen the formation of the following subsidiaries:

		Amalan Digital (M) Sdn Bhd IT related businesses
