Helpdesk Engineer - Indonesia

We are looking for a unique hybrid skill set of HELPDESK ENGINEER.

Our mission at amalan is to assist people in regaining control of their finances. We advise customers on ways to renegotiate their loans to a level they can afford. We are the first to offer such service in Indonesia using a professional, attentive and customer focused approach, supported by cutting edge technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining our current various systems.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting systems issues and problems.
  • Giving first level support to internal systems at amalan to ensure the smooth process of business operations.
  • Setup and installation for new systems implementation.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate/entry level/waiting for graduation from Computer Science/Information Systems/Computer Systems who will be able to work for full time position.
  • Understanding the basic concept of common system and technology works.
  • Fluent in bahasa Indonesia (has fluency in English is preferable, but not mandatory).
  • Having experience in network configuration is preferable.
